Reports & CSV exports

Request scoped enrolment reports and understand their lifecycle.

Explore your company dashboard

Administration and Team overview show a completion ring, learner participation, overdue work, upcoming deadlines, a team-by-topic heatmap and course completion bars. Choose a team or topic to filter every chart; select a heatmap cell to focus the view, or reset the filters to return to your visible scope.

Completion rate counts completed assignments divided by assigned, in-progress and completed assignments. Expired, withdrawn and other unavailable records are shown separately. Refresher cycles count as separate assignments. Learners started means distinct people with in-progress or completed learning, not daily active users or time spent.

Deadlines use the company timezone and show four seven-day windows from today. These charts use the authorised, bounded workspace snapshot; a loading-limit notice means the charts are partial. They do not show historical activity or previous-period growth. Chart filters do not change CSV export scope; use Report centre for a complete authorised export.

Numeric values accompany every colour. The heatmap scrolls horizontally on small screens and its cells support keyboard selection. Expand the metric definitions below the charts for calculation details.

Request and retrieve a report

History shows your own most recent 50 requests. A queued request older than 15 minutes is treated as failed by the current report flow; request a fresh report after checking the underlying problem.

  1. Open the report centre in the management area.
  2. Choose the available scope and request an enrolment CSV.
  3. Wait for the request to finish; a queued request is not yet a downloadable report.
  4. Download from the ready report entry.

Access can change

Report generation and download both enforce authority. If your role or scope changes, an old request may no longer be downloadable. Create a new scoped request rather than attempting to reuse an invalidated download.

A report is a point-in-time export. It does not automatically update as learners make progress. Store downloaded personal information according to your organisation’s handling rules.

Troubleshoot a request

Download only from the report centre or the authenticated download operation. The documentation does not provide a public report-sharing service.

  • 401: sign in again.
  • 403: confirm your manager role and organisational scope.
  • 409: refresh the current state before taking another action.
  • 503 or a failed job: inspect service availability with your administrator, then request a fresh export.
