Capability & readiness guide

A clear distinction between usable workflows, setup work and upcoming capabilities.

Available application workflows

  • Public product pages, sample course previews and an explicit interactive demo.
  • Private learning workspace, native course player, progress and completion evidence.
  • Course drafting, preview, publishing and versioned enrolments; curated collections and versioned learning pathways with individual assignments.
  • Scoped assignments, a paginated People table with reviewed bulk actions, manual learning groups, team visibility and report requests.
  • Reference resources, saved items, deadline calendar and in-app actions.
  • Profile, sign-out, membership switching, company settings and recent activity.
  • Client guides, system walkthrough, animated map, searchable FAQ and a generated API reference.
  • Platform console searchable organisation directory and dedicated profile/settings pages, explicit showcase/test classification, audited read-only View as user, per-client slug/domain self-service controls and AI governance; company slug editing and DNS domain claims.

Requires setup or qualification

  • SAML/OIDC company federation: owner draft, operator review, approved identity links and provider acceptance testing.
  • Identity emails: branded templates require SMTP and enabled flows.
  • Messages: private inboxes, draft review and optional recipient-opted-in email alerts; SMTP setup is required for email.
  • SCORM 1.2 single-SCO packages: configured scanning and isolated hosting, followed by exact-export acceptance tests.
  • AI author pilot: operator enablement, provider configuration and explicit source-processing consent; all generated content needs review.
  • Deployment: qualify TLS, identity, monitoring, recovery and support for the installation.

Not complete in the current customer experience

This guide is a release snapshot, not a dated delivery promise. Feature access also depends on your company setup and current role.

  • Automated learning-event emails and scheduling; private-message alerts have a separate delivery worker and status ledger.
  • New-member invitation/provisioning UI and editable team hierarchy.
  • Billing, self-service company provisioning and automatic custom-domain HTTPS activation. The operator client list and address-policy controls are available.
  • Customer-facing SCIM lifecycle UI, additional partner API datasets and qualified automation connectors.
  • Advanced media administration, SCORM 2004, portable native-course exports and hosted distribution. Collections and versioned individual pathways are available; advanced electives, automatic group assignment, programme awards and recovery qualification remain pending. Single-SCO SCORM 1.2 import/player screens require configured scanning and isolated hosting.
  • Certificate template and revocation administration.
  • Automatic OpenBao unsealing and off-server backups, currently deferred.
