Your first steps with ZubLMS

From your first sign-in to a learning workspace that feels like yours.

Find your space

The public website introduces the platform and offers sample course previews. Your company’s courses, people and records live in a private workspace. The interactive demo uses fictional records and is separate from your account.

  1. Open your company’s ZubLMS address and choose Sign in.
  2. Use the account provided by your organisation. Sign-in opens the branded identity service, then returns you to ZubLMS.
  3. If you belong to more than one company, use Workspaces to enter the right one.
  4. If you have multiple workspace views, use Workspace view to choose learning, authoring or management. Single-view accounts do not show this control; the separate company switcher changes company membership context.

Choose a first task

  • Learners: open My learning to continue assigned courses, or Discover to explore the course library.
  • Navigation follows your current company capabilities. A learner with only one view has no Workspace view switcher or people-management menus. Users with multiple capabilities can switch between learning, team management and authoring; selecting a view never changes permissions.
  • The default dashboard opens your company overview for administrators, team reporting for managers, Course studio for authors, and personal learning for learners. Platform console additionally requires explicit server-approved operator access.
  • Authors: open the course studio to prepare a draft and preview lessons before publishing.
  • Managers: review your team and assign a published course to the people in your scope.
  • Company owners and administrators: review Company settings, support contacts and existing member access.

Before a company pilot

  1. Agree the audience, courses and success criteria with your implementation contact.
  2. Confirm company membership and role scopes for a small test group.
  3. Publish a short course and assign it to a test learner.
  4. Complete the course, review the manager view and download an authorised report.
  5. Review sign-in, support, email delivery and operational readiness before a wider rollout.
