Review completion
A course preview or interactive demo does not issue a valid company certificate. Completion evidence belongs to the real enrolment and published course version.
- Complete the required lessons and knowledge checks.
- Open Achievements to see your available completion records.
- Select the completed course. When the certificate is ready, choose Download certificate for PDF or Download accessible HTML. Queued or rendering certificates show preparation status.
Download safely
The server checks current access each time evidence is downloaded. A copied download link is not a permanent public certificate URL. If a record has become inaccessible, contact your administrator rather than reusing a previous session link.
Scope your certificate requirements
The PDF uses a branded A4 landscape layout with the ZubLMS graduation-cap logo, plum-and-sage vector artwork, the learner and course, issuing organisation, UTC completion and validity dates and certificate ID. The on-screen card is a responsive summary; the downloadable file is the print layout. Accessible HTML contains the same evidence in a reflowing document. A template refresh preserves completion history and validity dates; it does not renew certification. Certificate template administration, public QR verification, pathway certificates and revocation management screens are still pending. Agree any required branding, expiry rules, accreditation and verification workflow during rollout; the presence of a completion download is not a claim of external accreditation.
